Shipping

Delivery times consist of the production time + shipping time. Printing and fulfilment are done on-demand, right when the order is placed. Once the product is ready to be shipped, it can take up to 20 business days for the item to arrive, depending on your location and the specific product that you ordered.

The production time will vary, but 97.66% of our orders are printed and shipped within 5 business days. More than 50% of these orders are shipped within 3 business days or fewer.

You will all receive confirmation emails after you complete your order. These emails will provide you with tracking information. Though, tracking info quality may differ based on the local carrier's ability to provide this data.

How long does shipping take?

Important! Holiday shipping times are slower. Our fulfilment partners have multiple locations worldwide, and the facility is chosen to provide the fastest fulfilment and shipping times to the end customer. Below, you'll see a table that will provide estimates of how long garments take to arrive.

Depending on your location, you can be charged VAT, GST, and US sales taxes on top of the final price. These charges are added on top of the price for the item and are covered by you.             

Note: Once your order is dispatched, we'll provide the tracking number. The tracking information can be viewed on your order confirmation page.

How much does shipping cost?

If the item does not specify free shipping, you will pay for the full cost of shipping, and these shipping rates will vary by their location and the item(s) being shipped. This will be calculated at time of checkout. Keep in mind that as of July 2021, items being shipped to countries in the EU will require VAT to be added to the shipping cost, as well.

• If you have ordered one item, you will pay for the first product cost.
• If you have ordered more than one item, they will pay the highest or most expensive first product cost, along with the lesser cost of an additional item(s).

Can I select the fulfilment centre for my order?

Unfortunately, no, it's not possible to choose a certain fulfilment location. Our fulfilment partners have multiple locations worldwide, and the nearest possible facility is chosen to provide the fastest fulfilment for you. But, due to product availability, the facility used for fulfilment may be located in a country outside your location.  

What if my order is lost in the mail?

If you report that an order has not been delivered or if an order has been confirmed to be lost by the mail carrier, please contact us as soon as possible. 

We will happily send a replacement order, free of charge. But, we do require that these missing packages be reported within 4 weeks of the date it was shipped.

Can I return or exchange items?

Yes, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your product.  We will issue a refund of the purchase price minus postage and packing costs. We do not offer refunds for digital items.

What if the product arrives damaged?

If any print-on-demand merchandise arrives damaged or has a serious quality issue, we can help.

You can email us at hello@gayboyswag.com with both:

• The order ID number and/or your name and email address
• An image of the damaged or poor-quality item

We'd be happy to issue a refund or replace the product at no cost to you or you.

Will all my products come in one package?

This depends on the products you order. Most of our print-on-demand products derive from the same supplier so should come in the same package if you are ordering more than one item, however, our personal care products come from a different supplier and so will arrive separately. Because our personal care products include free shipping to the US and Canada, your shipping price is not affected. If you do not receive your entire order all at once, please wait a couple of days for another package before contacting us.
